The Fortuner: the same money as an older Prado
Our 2020 Fortuner at KSh 6.6M sits right next to our 2019 Prados at the same price. So the question is: would you rather have a newer Fortuner or an older Prado?
The Fortuner is a tough, practical 7-seater 4x4. If most of your driving is long upcountry trips on mixed roads and you want the newest car your money buys, it deserves a test drive.
The Prado: the one most people end up with
The Prado has the most choice in our stock. There are over a dozen units across three years, plus a VXL. That choice is useful: you can trade year against mileage against price until you find the right balance.

The 2023 Land Cruiser LC300 ZX is a different budget altogether: KSh 16.49M to 17.8M in our stock, with a 3,500 cc engine and under 30,000 km on the clock. It's for buyers who want the top of the Land Cruiser line and are comparing it against a Range Rover or a Mercedes GLS, not against a Prado.
