What the numbers tell you
Year matters more than mileage. 2019 Prados cluster at KSh 6.6M to 6.8M. 2021 Prados sit at KSh 7.5M to 8.1M. That's roughly a million shillings for two years.
Mileage matters less than you'd expect. Two 2021 diesels, one at 20,000 km and one at 86,000 km, are both KSh 7.9M. Price follows condition and spec too, so the inspection and test drive tell you more than the odometer.
Trim is the big jump. The 2021 VXL is KSh 11M, about KSh 3M over a standard 2021 diesel. You're paying for a higher spec, so ask us to list exactly what the VXL adds on that unit.
