Three tiers, three kinds of buyer
KSh 6M to 8M: entry luxury. The GLC220d and Volvo XC90 give you a premium cabin and badge for about the price of a 2021 Prado. The XC90 is the space pick in this tier.
KSh 11M to 14M: the big SUVs. This is where most of our luxury enquiries sit. You'll find the GLE in wagon and coupe body styles, the larger GLS and two Range Rover Vogues. The 2020 GLS400D at 25,000 km is unusually low-mileage for its year.
KSh 15M and up: flagships. These are the Mercedes S500 saloon, the Land Cruiser LC300 ZX and the 2022 Range Rover Vogue First Edition at 27,000 km. Buyers here are usually choosing between brands, not between budgets.
What to check before buying a used luxury car
Luxury cars hide problems better than a Demio does. A lot of the value sits in electronics and air suspension. Here's what to check:
